Defensive Strike is a Seattle security company providing on-site security personnel, mobile patrol, camera systems and access control for commercial, residential, construction and event environments across the Puget Sound region.

We work with the people responsible for properties — property managers, building owners, superintendents, business operators and boards — and we structure our service around what those roles actually need: reliable coverage, straight answers and documentation they can use.

Security should be professional, visible when necessary, discreet when appropriate and built around the real requirements of the customer. That principle decides most of what we do.

In practice it means we assess before we recommend, we write down what is covered, and we tell you when something is not necessary. A proposal that includes coverage a property does not need is not a service — it is a sales exercise.

People handle judgment, presence and interaction. Technology handles continuity, records and the hours nobody is on site. Neither one covers a property well on its own.

We plan both together so each covers the other's gaps: cameras watching the areas an officer cannot see continuously, access control reducing the number of doors that require physical observation, and personnel handling the situations no system can resolve.

Most complaints about security companies are communication failures rather than security failures — a missed shift nobody mentioned, an incident reported three days late, or a scope disagreement that was never written down.

We address that directly: defined points of contact, documented scope, reporting on the coverage delivered and an escalation path agreed before service begins.

Defensive Strike works in Seattle and the surrounding communities. Local focus means faster coordination, familiarity with the environments we cover — from downtown high-rises to Eastside business parks and Puget Sound industrial properties — and a team you can actually reach.

It also means we are accountable in the market we serve. Our work is visible to the property managers and owners who talk to each other.

Security work carries real responsibility. Officers represent both Defensive Strike and the property they are assigned to, and conduct is treated accordingly.
